Fornino is Gluten Free Friendly!
We have a variety of appetizers, salad, pizzas + dessert to accommodate our gluten-free guests.
We introduced our gluten-free pizza in 2016.
Our gluten-free pizza dough is the result of extensive experimentation with different formulas and techniques. It is a combination of deglutenized wheat starch, cornstarch, deglutenized buckwheat, rice starch and vegetable fibers.
We make each one by hand.
While the crust and ingredients are all gluten-free, it's baked in the same oven as our traditional pizza. It is not to be considered certified gluten-free for customers with Celiac disease.
