Fornino is Gluten Free Friendly!

We have a variety of appetizers, salad, pizzas + dessert to accommodate our gluten free guest. Our gluten free pizza dough is the result of extensive experimentation with different formulas and techniques. We introduced our gluten free pizza in 2016. It is a combination of rice, wheat and corn starches with the addition of buckwheat flour, all naturally gluten free.


We make each one by hand.


While the crust and ingredients are all gluten free- its baked in the same oven as our traditional pizza. It is not to be considered certified gluten free for customers with Celiac disease.
