Fornino is Gluten Free Friendly!

We have a variety of appetizers, salad, pizzas + dessert to accommodate our gluten-free guests. Our gluten-free pizza dough is the result of extensive experimentation with different formulas and techniques. We introduced our gluten-free pizza in 2016. It is a combination of rice, wheat, and corn starches with the addition of buckwheat flour, all naturally gluten-free.

 

We make each one by hand.

 

While the crust and ingredients are all gluten-free, it's baked in the same oven as our traditional pizza. It is not to be considered certified gluten-free for customers with Celiac disease.
